Anyone have a Martin DX1R and want to comment?

Has anyone had one for a few years now and care to comment how the
materials have held up? I may buy one that has been hardly used at
all, been kept at room temp for 3 years. It sounds really good. He
wants 500. Any opinions or info would be great.
